Text Box: You may be eligible to participate if:
 
· You are between the ages of 18 and 60
 
· You have a diagnosis of athetoid cerebral palsy

Text Box:       We are evaluating the use of a  new type of filter designed to reduce the effects of involuntary movement in persons with athetosis when using computers.  
You will be asked to undergo a brief medical history and physical 
examination and complete a series of questionnaires. Your performance with different computer tasks with and without the filter will be evaluated.
This study will involve two (2-3 hour) visits to the Human Engineering Research Laboratories, UPMC Center for Assistive Technology, the Institute for Rehabilitation and Research, United Cerebral Palsy in Pittsburgh, PA, or the Hiram G. Andrews Center in Johnstown, PA over the course of one year.    
You may be compensated up to $75 for participating in this study.
